About<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The TAP Network Steering Committee is an openly elected leadership structure of the TAP Network, comprised of key TAP Network Partner organizations. The Steering Committee is expected to lead the network on behalf of the membership and provide strategic guidance for the network\u2019s work and will is expected to be accountable to the membership, and transparent in its leadership and oversight of the network\u2019s affairs.<\/span><\/p>

NOW OPEN: Nomination Requirements for Organizations (Open to TAP Partners ONLY)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Any\u00a0organization\u00a0that is a current TAP Network \u201cPartner\u201d is eligible to self-nominate their\u00a0organization\u00a0and vote in election for the TAP Steering Committee.\u00a0 Since Steering Committee nominations are only open to\u00a0TAP Network Partners,\u00a0<\/strong>any organizations that are currently only \u201cMembers\u201d and not \u201cPartners\u201d, will need to apply to become a TAP Network Partner before application cut-off of (EXTENDED DEADLINE) Monday, 15 November 2021 to be eligible to nominate for the Steering Committee.<\/strong>\u00a0 Unfortunately, any organization that applies to become a TAP Network Partner after this cut-off date will be ineligible to nominate for the Steering Committee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Composition, Mandate and Terms of Reference for 2022-2023 TAP Network Steering Committee<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Before nominating your organization to serve on the 2022-2023 TAP Steering Committee, please thoroughly\u00a0read through all of the eligibility requirements below and in the nomination form, and the revised\u00a0Terms of Reference (ToR) for the Steering Committee<\/a>, to determine your organization\u2019s eligibility to run for the 2022-2023 TAP Steering Committee, and your organization\u2019s ability to effectively serve in this capacity for a full two year term. \u00a0All information you need to know about the Steering Committee\u2019s work and the nomination and election processes are all outlined in detail in these documents, so if your organization is interested in putting forward for the TAP Steering Committee, it is critically important for you to read these important background documents.<\/span><\/p>
